spycam, is the plan to have this be a bracketed tournament or round-robin format? If it's a bracketed tournament, I will only accept going forward with 11 if I get a bye at some point.

With 12 teams, to ensure nobody gets a bye (since there wouldn't be a fair way to determine who would get it), should there be three brackets of four teams with the winner of each bracket advancing to a round-robin final with the last three teams?

This is a possibility, but right now I just want to focus on getting an official final member. We'll pick up this discussion after.

Rules:

-Snake Format draft (I will put everyone's name into a hat and pull them out to determine the draft order). There are no specifics for each round, such as picking from a particular decade--just make the best team you can with any players you want.
-Each team will select 6 players to form a starting 5 and 6th man.
-Since no one is on the same schedule, we will say you have 12 hours to make your selection (but please only sign up if you think you'll be available to make a selection relatively quick).

Are we seriously sticking to 6 players? Once this thing gets momentum I think it will go a lot faster. I want AT LEAST 8 players, and could go for 12, even.

I got my #1 choice with the 10th pick, and it looks like I'll get my #2 as well. :D

I was just about to inquire about this. I'm going to make it an 8-man rotation, since I think a few people feel the same. It will be fun to form a more complete team.
