I'm starting to wonder if the John White of last year was a fluke. I didn't see anything that impressed me about him in the last 2 games. Kinda worries me. When you have 80 carries per game obviously you are going to have 1500 yards on the season.

I'm not saying I wouldn't be pissed if that happened to byu and I would definitely would be looking for excuses also. But the refs were pretty good, that offensive pi call was right although they almost never call it. All in all you played like dick and deserved to lose. Usu should have had like 5 easy picks.

It's tough to run when the defense isn't afraid of your passing game. Hays can throw it more then five yards so that might open it up.
Good to know that call cost them the game and Wynn's inability to do anything, the blocked punt, bad shotgun snap, and Kruger's punch had nothing to do with it.

The bad news for little brother fans:
Utah lost.
The good news: Wynn's career is finally over. At least Hays has the ability to throw the ball more than 5 yards without having it float up there like a lob pass.
Personally, this really sucks. I would much rather face Wynn than Hays... I'm sure Bronco was licking his chops watching Wynn eat the turf down after down after town. That Wilson throw was awesome. He's the present and future IMO. He's the one little brother QB that puts fear into defenses.
What I don't understand is why Wilson didn't keep playing. Anyone know? That kid has talent. Experience? Meh, that'll come with playing. Let him start and play already. The mistakes he makes will probably be overcome with the plays he makes with his talent.
The thing that little brother fans might want to consider instead of blaming the refs, is that their o playcalling is poor (at best) and their offensive line is bad (at best).
As someone who had to suffer through Doman's rookie year as OC, it isn't nearly as easy as you think. BJ is horribly predictable and waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy too conservative. First down, run up the middle out ofthe I. Second down, run off tackle out of the shotgun. Third down, get a delay of game penalty... Third down, chuck up some jump ball which will miss 90 % of the time. Punt.
Repeat, repeat, repeat.
So instead of blaming the refs, blame Wynn's horribleness, the OC, the O-line, Joe's punch, the blocked punt, the other miffed special teams plays, and Star for taking off the entire first half.
Finally, blame Whit. How the hell do you recruit Dlinemen 3 deep yet have such a horrible offensive line and QB? How does having backup Dlinemen who could be all-stars help when your O-line and QB positions are filled with guys who barely can play Div I Football? Stop neglecting the offense. Perhaps the main cause for this has been the revolving door of O-coordinators at the U?

little brother picked thee perfect time to cut and run from the other 2 schools in Utah. It would look pretty foolish for the only Pac-12 school in the state to be the 3rd best team in the state. lol.
Then again, aside from USC and Oregon, the "Conference of Champions" is nothing more than the, "Conference of Doormats."
Your conference makes the Mtn West look like the SEC.
