I wouldn't go that far. He was drafted by the Spurs(who much like us, find some gems in the second round), and has been picked out "break out" for a couple years now. Even been Western Conference Player of the week.

That doesn't mean I think he'll actually do anything. Just that it's easy to see how people would think he's due for a career year.

I'm surprised it took this long for Dragic to get hype. I've been a huge fan of his for a few seasons now.

But yeah, I'm sure the reason Favors doesn't have the votes is because he plays for the Jazz, a team who a lot of casual fans don't really care about, and the fact that he plays on the bench, which none of those other guys do.
