Man, I dunno - RG3 looks like the real deal - he can do everything and he appears to have a high football IQ.

I'd play him for as long as I can.

I have RG3 should I trade him or is he going to score like he has all year?

If you're weak at either RB or WR then I'd try and move RG3 for a stud RB or WR unless you have a crappy backup. I already traded RG3 in one of my leagues cause I have Brees and I got Julio Jones and Trent Richardson for RG3 and Kenny Britt.

Good trade.

Tough call.

I traded Newton last year after his first game thinking he would never have a game like that the rest of the season. ****! It depends on what other QB's you have and what you could get in a trade. If you don't have one of Rodgers, Brady, Brees, or Newton I'd hang on to him.

who did you get for Cam last year?

When I tell you, you're initial reaction will be, "you are ruhtard." You have to think back to get some context though.

Cam Newton was ranked by ESPN as the 29th rated fantasy QB going into 2011 and went undrafted in almost every league. His first game he tore it up, but almost every "expert" said that it was because of Arizona's weak secondary and that he likely wouldn't have another passing game like that the rest of his career, let alone during his first season.

I picked him up on the waiver wire after the first week specifically to trade him to a girl in my league who is a huge Panthers fan. I traded him for Dwayne Bowe, who the year before had ended the season as the 2nd highest scoring WR. I had Phillip Rivers, and its hard to imagine now, but at the time I couldn't see myself ever starting Cam over Rivers.

I honestly thought I had made a killer trade at the time, and possibly even ripped the girl off. Instead, Bowe had a bad year, Rivers had the worst fantasy year of his career, and Cam tore up the league. The girl I made the trade with ended up winning the league ($50 buy in) and I haven't heard the end of it since.

Yeah, you is ruhtard!

Y'all wanna hear something embarrassing ol' UGLI did?

I sent a trade to this girl in my league for Wes Welker

I sent her Steve Johnson and Donald Brown for Welker.

The embarrassing part is I put Steve Johnson in my starting lineup over Victor Cruz so that she'd look at the trade as more advantageous to her. Ya know, getting one of my starters and all.

Problem is, I forgot to put Cruz back in my starting lineup before the freaking Thursday Night game. **** **** ****!

Serves me right I guess. Hope Cruz doesnt go off.

I don't know the exact stats but I think Eli has about 200 yards in the first half and Cruz has like 2 catches for 12 yards or something like that And that Barden guy has around 100 yards.

if you don't have brown, you better pick him up. He's going to be really good. He scored a bunch tonight. I started him too.

I would guess it would be better to maximize him in a trade almost immediately. Didn't watch the game though so I'm pretty much spitballing. Was he really that good? Panthers have to be almost last in the league vs the run they make every OL look good.

I promise ya, he is that good. I just wonder what the Giants will do when Bradshaw gets back. Brown should start over Bradshaw though. Bradshaw really isn't even that good. Brown is much better. I think Brown will become the next Victor Cruz, where a Giants player comes out of no where, and tears it up. Even when Bradshaw gets back I think Brown will work his way into being the number one back, if not just given the job. Giants are terrible at running the ball with Bradshaw.

Wilson is lurking too. We just saw the best game Brown will have in his career.

I don't think so. Not this year. I picked up Wilson thinking he was the guy. But he isn't quite ready. Doesn't know the plays yet. Doesn't really matter at this point. It's all about Brown right now as long as he is healthy.

I think you''ll make a mistake not picking up Brown if he is available. This won't be just a fluke. His game is for real. Trust me. I'm putting my reputation on it.

Mark my words. Brown will be one of the top fantasy backs this season.

Again, I did not watch the game, but the opinions I'm seeing have a lot of praise for Brown and a lot of weird assumptions regarding WRs. I like the enthusiasm for Brown but am down on the hype for Barden. Also it's retarded to assume that Bradshaw is suddenly not their #1. This is one game. Yes get Brown but don't drop a real RB for him.

Pound for pound Bradshaw is one of the toughest guys in the league - he played last year and played well with a broken bone in his foot. He'll be fine. Having said that there is nothing wrong with having a little competition at his position. In the end it will only help the team.

Wilson looks scared out there right now. And he plays very small - he's been run over out on the field a few times and he can't block to save his life. And if you're going to be a running back for The Giants, you have to be able to block guys bigger than you - their offensive sets depend on it. Things can change but right now he's not a factor.

Barden was actually on the bubble this pre-season - he's been on the team for a few years and hasn't been able to make any contribution. He deserves major credit for steppin gup but I'd take his performance with a grain of salt being Carolina's pass defense is horrid and Eli has been in a zone since the second half of the Tampa Bay game last Sunday.
