Thanks. I read that Fes was sick and missed a game. That may have been why you didn't see him. But with Fes and the Bulls, the key date is November 19 (I think). At that point they could sign him without going over the cap.

The Bulls literally don't have the cap space to keep Fes. By Nov. 19 the Bulls will have space to pay Fes' prorated salary for the rest of the season.

Dude's a minimum salary player, so they can go over the cap to sign him. Signing him, if I'm reading the article correctly, would put them over the tax apron, which limits how they can make other roster moves.
