I signed up for the NBA broadband league pass last year, only to see that every Jazz game was blacked out. I canceled and got my money back after the third game, but is that common or are there only a few games are like that?
Where do you live?
Springville (Utah)
Well that's why. Aren't there local restrictions and such? Why don't you just watch the game on local television?
You have to have cable to do that, and I was looking to cut out some money from my budget. If I could just get the League Pass I could save some money, since I don't watch cable tv anyways, that's what Hulu is for.
Ahhhhhh. I misunderstood...or I thought you were referencing the NBA Ticket on Directv on something. Um, yeah, you're ****ed bro. Have you tried off air antenna? Most HD should be broadcast via off air antenna.
What is your zip code?
84663
I think I see what your getting at Viny but the problem is that would only work if the games are broadcast on KJZZ still but games are now broadcast on FSNUT (Fox Sports Utah) and that is not an a local (air antenna) station only way to have access/view that channel is through Satellite or Cable.
And maybe I missed something (yes it happens a lot) but that leads me to ask the question of Kyoto if you bought the League Pass I assume you had to have had DirectTV or DishNetwork and you would've gotten the channel anyway (with out paying for League Pass).
Oh really? No local channels show the game in Utahr? Wow, that sucks,.
