I think we're gonna be able to see our young bigs against some decent big men in NOH, SAS, MEM and LAL games right after the Dallas game. Those games will be a good test early season, I hope Duncan, Gasol, Davis, Dwight etc are all healty and will play against us.

See what you missed? Almost everyone down on Kanter and then he suddenly transforms into a franchise center over the course of the pre-season. If I hadn't seen it myself, I'd swear that one-move, lumbering lug we had in the summer league is not the same person who came to camp.

Maybe I'm wrong, but the only answer I can think of is someone replaced his Folgers with Red Bull.

And now for the Halloween scare --

The last time the Jazz played the Mavs on Halloween, the score at the end of the first quarter was like 13 to 7, Mavs. But then the Mavs woke up while the Jazz continued their zombie impression; Mavs beat the Jazz by 30.

Speaking of DutchJazzer, I almost miss his doomsday-reminiscent Al-bashing in the chatbox. Will have to pop by tonight between studying, for some entertainment :P
 
Still another hour. This is always the longest day of the year, and being sick I didn't go to work did nothing but lie on the couch moaning and groaning, and coughing up a lung. All this has made this day even longer. I just wish the game would start already.
