I watch live games during the afternoon. I put the feed through to my TV, which I have installed upside-down to compensate for the inversion caused by crossing the equator.

you're upside down tv idea is stupid. by having it upside down the condensaters who are built with gravity in mind wont work till their full capacity which in turn will mess with the betadruids in the alpha compensator of your tv. reducing the "broadcast phase inversion chip" lifetime by 90%.
in laymans terms the lifespan of your tv gets shortened by the "square root of 8100" percentile.
so lets say if your tv has 100.000 operating hours. you only get 10.000 hours.
if you insist on running your tv upside down and downt want to shorten the tv's lifetime it would be a wise choice to buy a mod chip equipped with a flux capacitor. but those chips are pricey and a bit of a pain in the *** to solder on the Dilithium chamber. and waranty will void
