Didn't Ty over achieve with a not very good team last year? Made the playoffs with an undersized but heart of a champion PF, an undersized cant pass shoots way to much cant get to the free throw line C, a white SF, an array of god awful to not very good SG's, and a frail cant pass cant shoot PG ...... or was I dreaming?

i agree with this. we over exceeded last year. lets give the team a few more games to figure out roles. the jazz players in every interview say they know their roles... but the dont. heck, they dont even know who is playing every night yet. this team hasnt an identity yet... they will soon i think, but not till they figure it out then they become the team we all hope and see them becoming.
 
Every player but the players on the bench suck and every coach without a job is better than Ty. God damn we are screwed.

Who wouldn't want to coach the jazz? They know they ain't getting fired anytime soon. The jazz coaching job might be the most cushiest job in the NBA.

Yeah it makes sense for a coach to want to coach here but do you really think the Van Gundys are going to go to a small market team ? Like I said ealier I feel like they are a little hollywood, they want the recognition, the press, the sportscenter, etc ..... I could be wrong but I doubt it.
 
We overachieved in spite of Ty, not because of him you freakin' hacks. Dude's got as much brains in that skull of his as TroutDumb.
 
Nothing needs to be said because it's been regurgitated over and over on this board. Dumb line-ups. Dumb minutes' distribution. Playing fringe vets over young guys loaded with potential who need the minutes to develop. And on and on and on. Keep burying your head in the sand though. It's par for the course for you Silencer. KK, I'll let your jab pass for now as we're usually on good terms.
 
One thing I will say, if the vets keep playing and the Jazz keep losing Ty had better play the hell out of Burks, Kanter, Favors .... I am much more comortable losing with those guys than Foye, Jefferson, etc .... But its not time to jump ship and start doing crazy **** just yet

I like that you at least have an open mind to playing the guys that matter to our future at least.

I've already said this, but if you want to see the vets canned, be stoked on losses.
 
It's pathetic to see night and night how an unprofessional coach do his job. And this this NBA where you you should be able to get the max from your guys in order to achieve something.

Instead of watching and enjoy the game we always must discuss his mistakes because they are so obvious. Corbin is just a waste of time.
 
Corbin at this point is just randomly throwing darts to see if something sticks. A lineup of Mo, Foye, Burks, Evans, and Kanter? Burks and Evans are 190 pounds soaking wet and you want them as your SF and PF? This rivals when he put Okur and Jefferson on the court at the same time, two of the slowest players in the league. The running game is a different twist, but Jefferson just isn't cut out for it. He will never beat his man down the court, and gets tired fast meaning he will be giving even less effort on defense. I do think it has potential once Jefferson is gone.
