Good win tonight, denver is a quality team with a lot of depth. They are a playoff team and had us on the ropes in the first half

as much as i liked to see al have an efficient night.... he was terrrrible on defense. he got scored on relentlessly, all game, and does not/will not box out. was very excited to see so many ft attempts from him though.
 
Millsap had 5 pts and 5 boards, and people are complaining about Al ? Our whole offense ran through Al down the stretch, and he was even moving the ball.

No, not all game. Watch the 3rd quarter again. Al and the team as a whole was very very good and played fundamental D. After that the Nugs had WAY less enthusiasm on offense so I won't toot the horn so much for the 4th.
 
What's funny is if the butt nuggets would have stopped running their mouth the Jazz would have quietly took their beating and lost by double digits. But even Al has some pride way down deep, and they just pissed him off enough that he actually woke up and decided to give it 110%

Yep. At some point a guy has to have had enough. Loved the T's on him and Corbs too.

Edit to add: Not just Al but the team responded to being flat out shamed in the first.

al is the captain his lack of defense SET THE TONE
gave thuggets momentum
halftime cooled them off.

give him credit for doing his JOB only for half the game?
he did not play a single LICK of defense in the first qtr.
so i am supposed to hang on his nuts and sing his praises for doing what he is paid to do for half a game.
when he does *** a whole game i will sing his praises.
too footmen he takes games of or only plays 1 qtr.
this is a 2 point win at home.
al deserves no credit.
he should apologize for doing his job half the time

Well, if that is your expectation for a Jazz player, then you must hate every player on the team.
 
i must say, was impressed by favors.

yes, he plays d, and is now hitting ft's, and can finish fast break dunks.

but what stood out to me is that he made 4-5 really good passes. was looking for cutting teammates, and didnt get tunnel vision when he got the ball. big strides in that regard for favors.

Yea, he did set the tone early. They were getting raped and laughed at in their own house and Al was king pimp. Then he comes back in in the 2nd, and stops the bleeding. The results in the scoreboard don't show it until the 3rd but that was the moment a Jazz player stepped up and bullied the bully. Going down the stretch in the first half it was all Al all the time, and he delivered including FTs.

Saying the 3rd quarter was more on the Nugs than adjustments and hustle on Utah's part is borderline Nug fan talk. Why do you think they all stopped laughing at us? Why was Iggy thrown out with a double T? Did they piss themselves off slapping each others asses?

Get a F'n grip hater.
