thats why i said we dont need to trade al.
it;s been said a couple of times by me.
get rid of al get a 4th and 5th big man for 6-10 minutes a game.
and split the rest between millsap favors and kanter(30 each)

Everyone was active... No dumping it to Al and watching him become the Black Hole.... I seem this last year and tonight is another example. When had Tinsley done the best this year? 1st unit or 2nd unit? With Al or Without..... I haven't checked to I'm curious what lineups with Al vs Without have the highest +\~ this year.
 
The Raptors have some talent -- I think Derozan is a good player. Bargnani is as good as Okur. Lowry is pretty good. They just don't play well as a team.
 
IMHO opinion the blowout started when tinsley came in.

tinsley is better with the 2nd unit on offense.
and kanter(and favors if healthy) ussually cover up tinsleys lack of defense
 
Raptors took a massive step back since last year when they traded their best defender James Johnson to Sacramento. Last year at least their defense was respectable now they just look pathetic. Lowry is playing hero ball and chucking one one one, Bargnani is just pure garbage, Derozan is Kobe wanabe and Casey seems to have no clue how to correct it. Their announcers today ( I am in Canada so watched game on local TV) where just shocked how pathetic they looked and could not do anything vs Jazz today who missed big AL and Favors.
 
Not a fun time to be a Raptor fan, especially with their pick in limbo as it goes to OKC unless 3 or better.

He had a good game, good to see him look like he was hungry, however he didn't do a good job closing out on the three ball. Great game though.

I was thinking jazz win regardless. LA is playing like doodoo right now, and we've already beaten them with Al.

he's helped us win more then a couple games with his shooting. Honestly I don't understand the Foye hate. He may take an ill advised shot from time to time, but he seems to make half of them. He's a shooter what do you expect, and he's no CJ!

it's not really due to Al, but the mind set of the team, they rely on him too much almost to a fault. With Al out they were forced to play another way. I remember a similar game vs. The 76ers during the Deron Boozer days. Deron didn't play, and the ball movement was amazing and if I recall we beat the 76ers handedly.r

differnce is jazz as a team with deron had ASSISTs

with al it is no assist.
dumping the ball down dribble/holde the ball for 10 seconds aint what deron and boozer did

You completely missed my point. Just saying the mindset of the team was different. If they would keep this mindset with Al, it would still look like this and make Al more efficient. Just trying to point out that the team shouldn't use Al as a crutch.

the team shouldnt use big al at all.

unless using him to get some picks/3rd string big guys
 
Just imagine if Jefferson, who's like the best offensive player EVAR, was in the game! We would've won by 100 points. Maybe 2 hundred!
