Corbin's Underrated Coaching Skill!

I have coached for 15 years in addition to playing and the first thing a coach does is take advantage of mismatches. There is no if and or buts about it. Corbin sucks at this. The most elementary thing a coach does.

I want van Gundy

You've been a coach for 15 years and haven't noticed Corbin doing this every single game? The guy has even explained what matchups he's trying to exploit on certain nights. He also talked to grantland about trying to get this team to where they can impose their will onto teams instead of having to adjust to what they are doing.

But hey, Fire Ty because a losing ball club lost in limbo is too much for Jazz fans to handle.

I agree that Ty is a pretty good coach. I was actually rooting for Ty to have the balls enough to let Foye go for the win in that game.
But I doubt even Corbin wanted Foye to end up in a one on one situation.

The inbound just wasn't good enough to get Foye a good shot off of the curl.
This is why I concur with you on the addition of the picket line play in these type of situations.
Teams just don't know where players are going to end up out of that play.

Just saw this tweet from Bill Oram at sltrib.

@tribjazz: Corbin says he left Al Jeff in at end of game on D for ensuing offensive possession. Still, no guarantee Jazz get ball back if no foul.

If Corbin is stupid enough to believe that CP3 wasn't going to make sure he left no time on the clock for another possession for the Jazz then he is just beyond help.

This seals it for me. Count me in on the fire Corbin movement.

Any coach that approaches this that way is hopeless.

Game was tied. Clippers get the last shot unless we foul them.

This is just...wow

Yep, when I read that tweet I thought Corbin was full of malarky.
