Based on the success we've so far this season, it would be crazy to not try and get the 8th seed again next season. My only problem is that Gordon Hayward is cutting into Marvin Williams' playing time. I think if we would just play Marvin 40 minutes a night, we could get that elusive 7th seed.
 
If we're not canning Ty, we have to trade for a PG. We can't roll into next season with Favors/Kanter without one. And it has to be more than just overrated dogmeat like Mo. I expect something quasi major before next season.

I think it's safe to say that if we lose Millsap we'll sign Bramd and if we lose Jefferson we'd sign Kaman. Probably just as likely we sign both if Jefferson and Millsap are gone (though I see us bringing back Al).

I think the FO firmly believes it would be counterintuitive to not bring Al back.
