Following potential 2013 draftees

Archie Goodwin is by far my favorite player in this draft, in a 87-74 win today over #16 Ole Miss he had 24 pts, 6 rebs, and 4 asts on 6-11 from the field and 12-14 from the free-throw line. Nerlens Noel also finished with 11 blocks and five of those came when he had four fouls, just shows how good of a defender he is.

Goodwin listed at #12 on DraftExpress, we'd be lucky to get him. But that's a really good line. Is he a slasher type player? Can he compliment Hayward?

Goodwin is listed #11 on Chad Ford's big board too so you are right and Poythress is at #10, a lot of people consider Hayward a 2 not a 3 but the Jazz need a shooting guard regardless because Foye is not a future two for this team. Plus Burks isn't really working out, but Goodwin gets the majority of his points from driving to the hoop and finishing or getting fouled and he is a pretty good free-throw shooter as he showed tonight also slashes and gets easy buckets. Not a really good three-point shooter though, but doesn't take very many (he was 0-2 tonight). Goodwin is the leading scorer for Kentucky on the season and they have a lot of talent so that is very good as well.

So he's clearly out of our range ATM. Unless we package our pick and GSW pick to get him. But would he be worth that?

I think Hayward could use a slasher as his running mate. In the Pacers game, a couple of times he drove to the basket and handed it off to Favors & Demare for dunks.

It really depends where the Jazz end up at the end of the season, but you are right at the moment he is out of our range. Who knows the Jazz might end up with a lottery pick or they might end up in the 16-18 range and the GSW pick is going to be in the early twenties in my opinion. Honestly, the Jazz could probably package #17 and #24 and move up to #9, #10 or #11 and at this point I don't know if he would be worth it, but if the Jazz get a point guard before the draft or via free agency, I think he would be worth it.

PKM, thanks for beating Ole Piss and that douche bag mother ****er Marshall Henderson. I hope Noel blocked him all 11 times.

Back on topic.

UK plays on ESPN in a few minutes. I will only say I suspect some 'festivities' .. I will not expound, but I have PM'd one person in case I'm right about some inside info.

ONLY hint: Watch Archie.

Woah! You bone madame cleo son?

Dave rice NEEDS to get moser and bennet more touches. I hate watching dejean jones and reinhardt chuck all day. Anthony marshall looking really good this year though. Just thought id pointnout that bennet is still a beast though his numbers have slid in conference. Not all on him though.

Burke having his 2nd game vs NW tomorrow.
1st game stats
23 points 9/16
5 assists - 2 TO
