Video Game Thread

I just finished Mafia 2. They nailed that time period well, the city is beautiful, cars look and handle well, cut scenes are excellent. My beef with this game is that instead of exploring the city you are just stuck driving to locations to do mission after mission. There are no side missions. Feels like a big missed opportunity for a great game, instead it's just a good game that has little replayability.
 
Been staying up too late playing Madden 11 this past week. I did finish the Madden Moments tonight though, so it has all been worth it.

PlayStation move is going to be the best. Wii graphics are just to outdated to enjoy alot of the games plus this looks like it will function better also. And the 360's version just wont match this.
 
I started Mass Effect 2 today. It seemed kinda gay at first, but I'll give it a try any just because they say it's the best 360 game ever mad. I'm still liking the Saboteur - fun game.

There will probably be a couple of decent games to come out of the Move and Kinect, but when it's all said and done, all this motion control stuff will simply be a fad. The Wii has already hit the wall hard.

These are all great games. Me and my wife, in particular, have played Pixeljunk Monsters into oblivion, Trophies FTW!
 
Personally, I'm glad Bungie isn't going to be working on Halo titles anymore. The first game was cool, not so much any of the others.
