You can tell it was going to be a normal "I push you, you push me, then we stare into each other's eyes like we are about to make out" thing, but then Jack came in and started pushing Hibbert in the back. Then it escalated, then Curry decided to do what Jack did.
If I was Stern I give Jack and Curry the biggest suspensions.
My money's on no suspension. Why would the league want to draw attention to this brawl when it's over and done with and no harm done.
Umm, are you serious? They would do it to show players that this isn't acceptable. If you don't throw out some kind of suspension the message that sends is that it's OK to start altercations like this as long as you don't close fist punch anybody.
And to say **** you to the Warriors for tanking of course.
I hope Stern doesn't decide until after the Knicks game though. I think they lose that game with their current roster, then hopefully some combo of Lee, Curry, and Jack get suspended for 2-3 games, which would cue automatic road losses at Boston and Philly (which is a very winnable game with their full healthy roster).

I don't like that Hibbert was the only one ejected. I thought Lee should have been tossed as well. But at least GS lost.
Yeah, seems kind of bogus, especially since Lee retaliated. Hibbert was then grabbed by Warrior's players from behind, which I think should be out of bounds. Your goal as a peace maker should be to get between the fighters, not grabbing them from the back, that is just asking for trouble.
Already pressures to downplay this "brawl".
Yeah, from a Pacer's employee who doesn't want to see his guys get suspended.
Also, I'm always so surprised at how ****ty a year Hibbert is having from a stats standpoint, yet the Pacers are having a pretty good year.
West was playing well down the stretch. He single-handedly secured their victory today.
Actually Favors & West would make a pretty good front court. He's worth the money.

Nick is right. Only that West has been doing this night in, night out all season long. A complete disaster that George was sent to the all-star team instead of him. The Pacers would be the worst offensive team in years if they didn't have West.
West isn't doing anything Millsap doesn't already do. Millsap actually does more per minute and is younger.

Ya i have hibbert on my fantasy team and have considered dropping him and picking up someone like bradley beal or dion waiters but i just keep hanging on to him hoping he will start playing well.
West is much more solid and imposing defending in the paint.
Sap has better FG%, so I don't see how West is more "solid". I can't really comment defensively on West.

Actually West has raised his FG percentage to 49.2% this year. Millsap is down to 49.1%.
West's PER 20.5 and Millsap's 20.6. They are about the same offensively.
All things being equal you probably go with Millsap given West's age and injury history.

Hibbert retaliated. That's why he was tossed.
Lee should have gotten a "T" for his foul. It was definitely a blatant, unsportsmanlike shove. Not enough to warrant a flagrant call, but enough to get a technical foul, IMO. I think Curry should probably be suspended. He instigated more contact. I'm not going to review the video over and over, but offhand, I'd think Lee deserves to be suspended for 1 game, Hibbert for 2 and Curry for 2. I'm sure there are others who also deserve suspensions or fines.
