More like another jazz fan pissed at how little favors has been and is still being used. Should be a starter and should be playing 30+ mins and used extrensively in the p&r. I know I know, crazy talk. Is there another franchise in this league that would have used favors the way we have?

Nuggets? They have McGee, who is similar to Favors (good defender, little offensive ability). They don't play him that many minutes because they have great depth.

No homer:
Favs is far better than McGee.

Not really saying that Favors isn't better (I believe he is, mostly for IQ reasons), but I don't see Favors really averaging over 25 mpg on the Nuggets roster either IMO because of their depth.

Homer:

Favs might have had a shot at an All-Star selection as a Nugget. He'd average 18 & 12 with 3.5 blocks in 32 min.

Agreed with blocks and rebounds.

No way he would get that many points though. It would take Favors 15 shots per game to average that, and those wouldn't come in Denver.

Mins is only a slice of what has pissed me and so many off. It's also about how he has been and is currently, being used.

I actually like the post-up experiment. I think it's helping him get used to having the ball in his hands and get comfortable. Yes, I think his primary scoring forte is going to be pick n roll, but I like that we are getting him a high number of post reps.

The Jazz have been running a lot more pick n roll over the last month too, so I don't really see how the complaint is relevant as of late.

Great. It only took Corbin 2 years to figure this out? Nice. Just another example of why he is so frustrating to jazz fans and why even national media members are calling for his head.
