Why? Because I felt the same about the people who had a hard-on over Biyombo during the 2011 draft.. (I don't remember who exactly were those people though)
But now I'm a new generation of those guys, but this time with a different player in Schroeder.
The disclaimer this time though is it's only a semi - I've said this and I'll say it again, I'd take him at #14 provided I'm confident his shot is legit and he can hit them consistently. Also if his psycho/attitude test checked out.
I'm just happy it's looking like we might actually have some options at our picks. I have no idea if this guy is the answer, but if he's taken in front of us then a guy we thought would be gone drops, and if not KOC and Lindsey have a better idea than any of us what he brings to the table.

I wasn't as much comparing their playing styles as I was just analyzing the end result.
I know they're different players, but I just don't see Burke being any better overall than Walker is. He's a nice guard, but he's not somebody I'd make a trade for. I just feel like he (and many other players) are being massively overrated because of the lack of star quality in this draft.
I would like to agree with your post wig h prejudice, but am too drunk to properly articulate my reply .. and I like to PERFECT e rry reply here.

Alright guys - for those that didn't watch the Nike Hoop Summit, I've found this highlights of Schroeder for you. What the video doesn't show is how he was able to drive, penetrate the defense and got fouled.. He went to the FT line about 4-5 times from memory...
It's not on YouTube, so you'll have to watch about 30 sec. of commercial before the actual highlight opens up.
