David Locke made an interesting observation today on tip off. He said that ususally, a the personality of a team is a reflection of the biggest personality in the locker room. He made a point that the Knicks for example have Melo and J.R. Smith, but that they also have Jason Kidd and so it works because he has the biggest personality on the team. Locke also said that Big AL was the biggest personality on the team this year and that with the exception of Millsap, locker room cleanout was a Big Al best in the way all the players were responding to questions.
I think Locke has some good points here. I agree when he says that we have to stay away from guys like MAyo and J.R. Smith because there really is not anyone in the locker room that can match their personalities, especially if you take Al off the team. If we had D-will i think we could sign those guys, but without someone like D-Will, I think it would be a bad idea. So, ultimately, my question for ya'll is do you think Gordon Hayward has the ability to be the biggest personality on a contending team as he matures and gets better?
