Following potential 2013 draftees

This is boring. I dont remeber it being this boring the last time we were in the lottery. Just so little interest around the league that there is hardly any stories coming out about the draftees and what teams may be doing.
 
The Jazz had one of the worst team defenses in the league last year. A large part of that is the fact that neither Mo nor Foye could guard. We know about Al and how Sap struggled against longer forwards, but they're being replaced by Favors and Kanter. I think this will lead the Jazz FO to draft a guard who can defend and rebound as well as play a needed role on offense. That leads back to Schroeder and Goodwin at 14. Either one could play next to Burks and Hayward.

This concludes my draft preparation for the #14 pick.

No it isn't. You haven't even seen the draft measurements yet.

Not only lottery, but 2 first round picks, an empty roster and a new GM. Jazz fans and Jazzfanz seem to be in the doledrums, hope something gets them out of it soon.
 
I need either 4 or 8 people who want to play a draft game.

Basically we do a quick fantasy draft of this this draft class for about 3-5 players, then we put it to vote, who had the best draft.

This maybe the year the Jazz could trade way up. Perhaps the suns don't feel there is anyone worth the 4th pick in the draft. Maybe we could give them our picks for Burke.

Trading the #14 and #21 might get us to #9 or #10, but I don't think either Minny or Portland want to help us out.

We could conceivably trade #14 and our 2nd-round pick to Philly for #11, but they already have two 2nd-round picks, so a third team would likely have to get involved. Plus, Philly should hold their pick in case Zeller or Shabazz drops to them.

I don't see what else we have to trade with.
