I hope this is accurate, both in terms of avoiding MCW and in terms of Schroeder being there later in the 1st round.
Agree.

I'd reverse Larkin and Schroder.. other than that, agree.
Olynyk? ewww. What a let down that would be.
I actually like most of the guys projected between the Jazz's picks. If the Jazz got Olynyk and Schroeder I would actually be rather pleased.

Is Olynyk going to be a Tyler Hansborough type of player... not flashy at all but a pretty solid role player? I think I would be fine with him as a pick. As far as the PGs go, I know absolutely nothing about any of them so all I can say is I hope we get the right guy

I would compare more to Tiago Splitter with a better jumper.
Olynyk excites me for his potential as a stretch big and should also be big enough to guard both positions there. I understand how hard it can be for a coach to let a big shoot 3s so maybe that won't translate but the benefits of how you can create space for your offense is almost a trump card. That Olynyk seems to be a jack-of-all-OTHER-trades is nice. If you can turn that body with his minimal weaknesses into a floor-spreader, you can get some of the primary benefits of small ball while also playing big. Again, there's a real chance the shooting doesn't translate (at least from a role-assignment stance via coaching staff), but even if it doesn't, I think he could be a nice player.
Kobe Bryant has been pretty good I guess.
Chad Ford's latest mock draft has us taking Olynyk at #14 and Larkin at #21 with Schroeder and Jackson also in the mix at #21.
I just don't see Schroeder being there at 21. That would make drafting Olynyk a tough call because I'm all but positive he won't be there at 21.
I don't think Schroeder will be there either, I don't think he'll slide past Atlanta. I would definitely take a point guard at 14 (Schroeder > MCW > Larkin), and then roll the dice with a big like Adams or Dieng.
