Trey Burke... falls from 3 to 6,7,8. thats who i voted for, i really hope for the sake of the jazz that bennett falls, i dont see it though.
whats the dirt on Bennett PKM???
i really like his flex capabilities, id say hes a fairly unique prospect, which i really dont say often.
I suspect it's more armchair followers of the draft that are easily swayed by the snippets of vids and articles attacking who was supposed to be, at one time, the clear cut #1.
As a counter to that.. it may be easier to score 18ppg being defended by Lebron than playing in a Howland offense. All high school hype. He wasn't as amazing in college as everyone thought he would be. Also the age thing really hurts. I don't know if 1 year is a big deal.
I would resurrect 10 NAOS's just to get rid of PointGod.
Wow. Demz strong words coming from you, Cy.
PG or Colton??

cy, ill stop posting. im not an alt or an alias. goodbye, this place is a massive waste of my time, even though its just 1 task i do simultaneously, ill go back to dominating video games on this comp.
That may be the case! But players getting drafted based on high school performance is a real problem (Harrison Barnes was the "clear cut #1" 2 years ago for instance).
Which is why allowing kids to come directly out of HS is a problem and why the NBA wanted to a two-and-done.. which would be massively better for the NBA... on many levels.

This is why the NFL can have a fourth round pick make a HUGE impact every year. The players are actually physically ready to play.
A 2 and done would make the NBA so much better.
For example, Noel might go #1 this year. If he had to wait one more year, didn't play until December next year, then struggle to put on weight and be explosive, he could drop out of the first round next year.

Probably not. He would still be a 1st round pick. Don't be ridiculous.
I agree. The NCAA needs better incentives though.

No, that makes no sense. There are plenty of 3rd and 4th year players who are physically ready to play and there is no 4th round and most of the 2nd rounders don't do well.

I get a kick out of this schtick continually threatening to leave.
So, he misses 1/2 the year, struggles when he comes back, and doesn't put on weight. Ok
