The Indiana Packers can only be saying to themselves, "if only we had a PG..."

Didnt they trade collison away? Why did they do that?

Alright Spurs! Bosh is soft as a baby's bottom, Wade (and Battier) couldn't hit water if he (they) fell out of a boat, and LeBron is insecure about shooting the ball it seems.
Anyone else wonder why they run pick-and-roll with LeBron handling? Seems pointless. Why not just isolate him at either the top of the key, the elbow, or the block depending on the matchup? In fact they should probably do that all game.
However, I still think Miami will win this series. They don't seem to play with any urgency unless they absolutely have to, and that pisses me off. Spurs bring it every night, that's an easy team for which to cheer.

Parker's shot was redonculous.

LeBron was amazing, except he needs to look to score more. That pass to Bosh for 3 at the end was just bad. Bosh can make em, but he's not the guy you want consistently taking them, especially in a situation like that.

Especially when you have players like Ray Allen and Mike Miller on the team.

As I read many of these posts and observations by Jazz fanzs I've come to the realization that most, not all, but most of you are as brain dead as the Heat! First off, many of you have bought into hook, line and sinker....that basketball games are won by individuals and not TEAMS! You constantly go out of your way to remedy the Heats ills by wanting to "post up" James every possession, have him take more shots, post up Wade, have him take more shots, etc. etc. etc! Then there's this pathetic "excuse" that the media has put out there and has also been bought by Jazz fanzs that "Wade is not 100%" or he's hurt but not letting on, etc. etc. etc. But then when he has a great game, shoots well, flies around like a chicken with his head cut off, he's as spry as a Spring chicken! Look, nothings wrong with Wade....other than he's getting older, loosing some of his skills and hops and just doesn't always play smart basketball! Hey, I like him (he's tattoo-less!) but he's not really that top notch of a ball player anymore, if he ever was! Plus, the Heat just don't have a reliable offensive "system" other than hope there athletic ability trumps that of the other team! The way I see it, and the way all of you true Jazz fanzs should see it is this: If the Heat played the Spurs 100 seven game series'......they wouldn't win 1 series! They might win a game or two, but not a 7 game series!

Michael Jordan.
Shaq.
Kobe.
Lebron.

Often, the best individual wins in spite of his sucky team.

Wow.

Tony Parker just went Harlem Globe Trotters and made one of the best plays I've seen maybe ever.

...Thriller! I know you've been around longer than that! Parkers shot was nice.....he created something out of a potential disaster possession. But frankly, that shot was not that special. You and I have seen much more difficult shots from longer range with better defense on it, that went in the basket that had no chance of going in the basket when it left there hand! Parker hit a 15 foot bank shot, slightly off balance with nobody in front of him. Let's not make it out to be something it wasn't!

...Jordan had help, lots of it....and played the team concept! Kobe teamed up with Shaq and well, without calling traveling, Shaq just bull rushed the basket for all practical purposes. Without Shaq, Kobe had Gasol and other fairly high BB IQ guys, along with Jackson to show them the way. What we're seeing right now is different! It's basically the watchable vs. the unwatchable! Fundamentals vs. hip hop! Brains and athletic ability vs. just athletic ability.

When the poll first game out the vote was immediately in favor of the Spurs! Jazz fanz, even the younger guys, aren't that stupid!

I think they got Hill from the Spurs for Leonard. They must have thought Hill was a better point guard than Collison. Hill makes 8 million, and Collison was making a lot less than that, if I recall correctly.

That's an interesting assertion.... 99 out of 100 is unrealistically extreme, but if we adjust your assertion to say 90 out of 100, and grant you that the Spurs have a 90% chance of winning this series, I am confident that if they played 100 series, injuries aside, that the Heat would eventually learn to counter the Spurs strategy and improve their winning percentages long before the 100 series were up.

Seriously, how can anyone say that those 4 guys won with sucky teams?!?!? That's ridiculous. There might be good examples to prove Thriller's point, but those aren't them.

...yeah, they'd figure it out alright! The Van Excel way. Bring a baseball bat.....and kill one of them!

well, I said injuries aside....
I doubt that Wade, Allen, Miller or Ginobli would last anywhere NEAR a 100 series. Duncun might tho.
