I'm glad someone put that in this thread. Those numbers are what I like to see. I like the fact that it is consistent from every angle. That is a good quality to have.

Doesn't seem very good to me if he was just shooting wide open 3's with no defense.
I feel like I could shoot that well myself

Does anyone know how good those numbers are seeing as he's doing that without defenders in an empty gym type situation?

Didn't jimmer make like 17 threes in a row in one of his workouts?

This was from Brandon Knight's workout a few years ago... there's a little bit of 3pt shooting drill at 0.58min mark. He made 4-6 of the 3pt that he shot in the small clip. Brandon's probably one of the better 3pt shooter coming out of college.

So although Schroeder's numbers aren't "good", they're not "bad" neither.

BTW MCW had a similar numbers shooting 55% of NBA 3pt shot at a workout Chad Ford attended.

Walt Perrin on Schroeder:

- Struggled early but finished strong
- Seems a bit tired & homesick
- He can get to "deep paint", good explosiveness around the wing coming round the corner
- Still has lots to learn & pick up
- Has a lot of athleticism
- Dennis is a better shooter than Rondo and a better offensive player at the same stage
- Rondo is better at defense
- There's a lot of things he needs to work on, finish against big guys, more discipline defensively, ...
- Has quickness & speed that you can't teach
- Has played against "Men" so he's tougher than some college guys this year

On Adams vs Enes

- Enes has more Int. experience
- Enes much better offensive player
- Enes more aggressive rebounder / Steven is pretty good..
- Adams still young, but good upside
- Performed well at workout
- Stepped out 15-18 feet and shot well
- "Intriguing"

Peyton

- Peyton was good, played hard, takes advantage of situations, tough little player
- He'll do well on an NBA team
- Shooting is a problem, but has got a lot better this year
- Size is a problem

General

- We try to get "winners" who knows how to win. Winners are very important to us (i.e., Siva is a winner)
- So far.. nobody in these workouts has surprised him

Schroeder's Interview

- Went very well, worked hard..
- In Europe play set plays all the time.. NBA plays transition...
- Best thing he'd learnt at workout - to be tough every possession
- Jazz is a great situation for PG - if they draft me I can play right away
- Workouts so far: Hou, MIL, Bos, Dal, Philly, Jazz... now going back to Germany
- Hasn't followed John Stockton ...
- Followed NBA most everyday..
- Modeled his game on Rondo
- Everytime he's on the floor "I'm best player in the game"
- Played against Stockton's son 1 game... good leader in the team
- Nowitzki told him 1st year in NBA will be "very tough"
- I love the feeling of the basketball in my hand
- Studied English since 4th grade
- To improve on: Taking contact and finishing strong
- On why he'll be good on the Jazz: Tries to lead the team & play defense
