Following potential 2013 draftees

Dennis Schroder has a work out with the Houston Rockets on June 26th the day before the draft, why? The Rockets have no first round pick? I don't want the dude just makes it more secure the Jazz won't be taking him if Houston is working him out!

Wow.. Schroeder's agent must be pretty confident HOU has the ability to move into the 1st round... I wonder how Morey will get that pick? Can they somehow grab DAL's #13 pick?

If anyone can do it, it will be him.

would they really want to be taking a point guard though?

Thomas Robinson + Patrick Beverly would be more than enough to get infront of the jazz

its too bad jazzfanz favorite player, Scott Machado, didnt save the day

if im Houston im going after Gobert, Schroder would be right on my radar too... they need a 4/5 who can get blocks and let Asik rest (instead of shoot 18 footers).

Lin/Schroder/Beverly is a Niiice young PG rotation though

even though Rudy Gobert is 7'2 and has an insane standing reach, its not farfetched to think he could play some Powerfoward, especially next to a center like Asik...

Gobert is exciting on defense in that sense, he might night be that classic defensive anchor that needs to stand directly in the middle of the defense like Hasheem Thabeet,

Gobert has recovery speed, i really like the thought of him on the Jazz... maybe only gets 15mins next season, but moving forward a player like this could be a huge asset, @14 i think there's immense value

like ive been saying, trade 21 and 14 for schroder and we walk outa here winners, Southerland or McCallum@46

the way i see it, the jazz have a great plan and do things the right way... so now the only thing that can really screw us is our own greed...

thats why i say, if the jazz really like schroder, unless they really have good infoz to believe he will fall, we should trade up to secure him... i dont trust his "mid-first round grade" at-all... his red flag is... Character concerns...?

I'm the biggest supporter of Schroeder on this freaking board hands down, and even I will have to say "No" to trading #14 and #21 to get him.

If Schroeder is gone by #14, draft BPA (Adams/Gobert will fall to us) and Giannis or Karasev that falls by #21.

Then grab one of the Harrison brothers next year.

My advice to you PG_AB
This is not prom night where you break the bank just so that you can lose your virginity and get laid. Save your money. Build a company. Become rich like PKM and you can then get laid with a different woman every night of the week if you wanted to.

I thought you were MCW biggest supporter?

my gut tells me more than 1 team has Schroder near their top 10 (with good reason)

my gut also tells me this draft isnt weak. it is on the college side, the euros i really like this year, i thought this draft was stronger than weak before schroder hit the scene, hes in my top 5 so that really helped this draft, and the depth of quality PG's in this draft...

also i always said the euros would get better and better every year, and im "putting my money where my mouth is" too bad saric is gone, he was worthy of a top 20 grade in my book, i guess passing isnt much of a premium anymore

Len, Steven Adams, Gobert, Noguiera, Dieng is all international length when you think of it in the sense of the Olympics instead of college/intl

from following the drafts year after year i noticed the athleticism of the international players is always downplayed to try and save college players values...

How late in the process did anyone hear Serge Ibaka in the 1st round???

i had reputable members of the knicks forums telling me i was crazy, and he can just run and jump, dont take him in the second round...

I am against moving both picks to move up and get Schroeder or any realistic player that the Jazz might be able to get. The difference between top and the bottom isn't that great. If Schroeder is gone than take Gobert/Adams. Both of them have value at 14.

I like Glen Rice Jr. Tim Hardaway Jr. and Reggie Bullock at 21 there are others too but those are my three main guys depending on what we do at 14. I would also consider Larkin at 21 but not that excited about getting him at 14.

ah man your way dumber than i thought... every part of what you just said is dead wrong, id tell you the truth but it would probably hurt your feelings

woman? i learned my lesson with older chicks, and chicks with kids, years ago so im thinking of dating younger this summer

Hotttnickkk youd trade 14 and 21 for Trey Burke though?.... i wouldent

I agree.. but I'm not high, at all, on Tim Jr.

If Schroeder is gone then that probably means MCW is still on the board and I am okay with that.

I am more than ok with that because I would trade up for Burke, McCollum, or MCW, but no way in hell I trade up for Schröder. And MCW falls to us, WOW, where do I sign up? Last I am still of the opinion that Nate Wolters really needs to be considered at 21, if we stand pat at 14 and grab Gobert or somehow Zeller falls because all of Burke, McCollum, and MCW are taken. Wolters seems like a really good and HUMBLE kid that would stay here long term ala John Stockton from small school country.

No way the jazz trade both picks for a future career backup pg (in my opinion) if we are trading both picks it better be for someone like CJ or Bazz or Zeller or someone like that. I just don't see Schroeder going before the Dallas pick.

Hopping on the bandwagon of James Southerland at 46! Great length and wingspan, can defend and shoots the ball well. I want Southerland over Bullock.
