Would anyone trade the #14 for Jeremy Lin?
Houston gets Schroeder. Jazz get a full size starting PG?

I never liked lin, even win linsanity was going on last year.

Somebody has to provide some offense and with who is currently under contract, offensive firepower is a little lacking so far.
Or maybe not. We've seen Kanter and Favors both have 20/20 efforts (well, Favors would have but was stopped at 23/15 by Corbin). Hayward has good offensive skills. Burks can get to the hoop. I think the starters will be fine, with ball movement and offensive balance emphasized. With all the "offensive firepower" the Jazz had last season, I remember the starters constantly digging themselves into a double-digit hole in the 1st quarter and/or being blown off the court in the 3rd. Even IF the team struggles to score, the defense wil be >>>>>>>>>>>>>> better. I'd rather see the Jazz lose quarters 16-20 than 25-35, IF they are losing with YOUTH!

We'll have McCollum tomorrow too...

CJ McCollum ‏@CJMcCollum 5h
Great trip in Portland, next stop Utah. Funny to see the look on the ladies face at the security point when she says general boarding sir?

'Bazz - 18pts on 14 attempts

Crabbe - 15pts on 12 attempts

Hayward is 17.4 pts on 13.2 attempts, and he can play defense, and PASS!
Check out his game log for last year and see what he did when he shot the ball 14-15 times or more in a game

Agreed. This roster realllllllly needs a scoring wing.
Please refer above.

I think Hayward and Kanter are both solid offensively as is. They just needed to be bumped up on the pecking order of offensive options. Al, Paul, Mo, and Foye aren't really the easiest guys to play next to when trying to show off your own offensive prowess. All of those guys demand the ball.

Defense and ball movement. Exactly.

I don't want to add someone like Bazz who is a liability with both of those, especially when I view his offense as just alright. It just isn't worth it. Now if we were talking KCP, I'd be getting excited here.
