When do the Jazz finalize the Orlando SUmmer League roster as it starts July 7.

I set my DVR (Directv) this morning to record about 5 games starting on the 7th.

Have to confess a bit of surprise and disappointment at the summer league roster. For all the pre-draft workouts and looking under every rock that was done, the roster is pretty much comprised of the same old retreads we've had at previous summer camps. Looks like they're giving Murphy another shot, though. Didn't someone post that he was being released?

According to that information (I think it was Locke) Murphy WILL be released, but he hasn't been yet.

His contract is completely unguaranteed right now, becomes $75K guaranteed if not waived by August 1 and $200K guaranteed if not waived by November 1. Right now they need bodies for summer league so they will keep him around at least that long.
