2019 Prediction Contest Winner
Given what you've seen in Summer League and NBA Free Agency, what do you think the last moves are (if any)?

Lets post a few last free agency ideas here.

You guys happy with Jeremy Evans as the back-up PF?

Do we make a move for a PG?
 
Need another PG. If not Neto, then perhaps Tinsley? Burks can also play in a backup role, so perhaps the Jazz don't carry 3 true PG's. I think the Jazz also sign a wing to a non-guaranteed deal. Need depth with Marvin still out and Rush returning from a serious injury. I predict it will be someone from either our SL roster or another similar type player.
 
We should sign Stockton's son. Why not? Besides it'd give John a reason to stick around and maybe help out a bit.

And who knows, maybe he'll be good enough to be a backup pg in the league.

It would be nice to see John in the stands supporting his son.

Also bring back Fes. I always liked Fes. And maybe Corbin could do a better job getting through to him than Jerry. (nobody could do worse) Besides, Fes has entertainment value that goes beyond his on court production. They had a story about his crotch today on the radio that almost had me in tears.

So, one guy just to try and get JS in the stands and another just because he's good for a laugh now and then. Neither guy will cost us any losses and both should be vet min.
 
I think they put a waiver out on ty thomas. Has potential and he could be picked up for really cheap. Id also like to see them gamble on Greg Oden with an incentive laced contract, with a team option for a 2nd year.

Kanter/Gobert/Biedrins
Favors/Evans
Rush/Williams/Jefferson
Hayward/Burks
Burke/Burks

I do think we need another PG.

Repped for Fes. We still need another big man but really just a body. Truthfully, I think Araujo would be ideal. What's he up to? Where's Homey?
 
Jazz are also about $3m under the minimum salary requirement. I'm imagine they are waiting to see what happens with Neto before signing any other free agents.
 
I think Roberts has a good chance of making the team. Personally I think we need another guard and another big guy. Ideally a big who can shoot a little and a guard who can really defend.
 
I feel the FO needed to see Burke and Neto this week to determine what to do about another pg.
If they feel Burke is ready to start then Tinsley is enough. If he is nowhere near ready to start then....

Let's prey for a breakout game tomorrow, otherwise we probably get Mo again.

I have to admit I'll be kind of sad if Bucks get Teague for 8 mil a year. He was the only FA PG that I thought had great potential with our young core.
