Where is the next trade for a bad contract coming from?

Jazz are all-in when it comes to tank mode/asset collection and we've heard that Lindsay isn't done yet, wanting to get yet another draft pick.

What teams have a bad contract that would make sense for the jazz to absorb? There aren't too many left since Boston and Utah are both gobbling them all up.

A couple options:

Detroit

Charlie Villanueva: 1 year left of 8.5 million

@Probballdraft: Sounds like Charlie Villanueva will not be amnestied before the deadline. Could be a key salary in a trade.

Detroit is tired of losing so they are probably highly motivated to get rid of this guy

Toronto

Linas Kleiza: 1 year left at 4.6 million

Still a decent player but not at that price.


Other options?
 
Toronto likes drafting too much, I doubt they give up a pick.

Trouble is, I don't see who is left in FA that any of the teams would get excited about. NYK seem to think they are somehow competing with the Nets maybe they give up their 20 something pick so they can sign Kenyon Martin and Ron Artest.

Houston? Clippers?

Toronto is trying to turn a page and compete. They'll give up a pick for talent, and we don't have anyone to give them.

The FO might be able to squeeze that 2016 worst of NYK and Denver out of them for taking Klieza, but that pick is very likely to be mid-20s.

And yes, Toronto is in the LT.
 
NOLA might want to move Eric Gordon, but they already traded away their 2014 1st.

Charlotte still wants to move Ben Gordon, but I don't see them giving up a 2014 1st to do it.

Portland fans really hate Joel Freeland for some reason. Not sure they'd give up a 1st to do it though.

I don't think Houston really likes Jeremy Lin's contract, but I don't know how badly they want to move it.

Teams like the Rockets and Knicks that want to compete this year are good candidates.
 
Outside of Hinrich, I don't see any salaries in that range that are expiring, Teams under the cap have little motivation, especially those that might be in the lottery. Of course, we could always swing an uneven deal that brings back more than we give up involving Rush, Biedrins, Jefferson or Marvin Williams. Hey, I have an idea: Jefferson and Rush for Paul Gasol. Lakers save $10M in salary and taxes; Corbin gets someone to start over Enes until Kanter is "ready." I'm just JOKING!!!
 
Dallas wants out of the Shawn Marion deal pretty bad but now that Howard chose Houston, not sure the HAVE to move him to get cap space.
