Calipari is very frank with these kids that they MUST (with honor) agree to finish strong in the classroom, as to not hurt the team.

UK is the capital of one and dones... and Orton is the ONLY one, ever, to bail and make us take a hit to the GPA. Cal and fans were PISSED.

One of the reasons I respect Cali.

I wonder how he'd fit into Jazz culture. Seems like he has some Sloan qualities. Doesn't like his players
showboating or doing flashy finishes. Just score, and be done with it.

Ouch!!!!! You guys won the game, but I think he won that little interchange in the elevator!!!!

Yep he also shut down Randle a possible future nba all star last summer..I think its a bit premature to kill him about effort..

Im sure big time players have taken a few plays off so to speak in hs before..When you're being told you are gonna be the #1 pick in the draft in a little over a year im sure it can be hard at times to get motivated every second playing against much inferior competition..
