I Kind of Feel Sorry for Mo

I'm willing to bet that puts him in the top 5% in career earnings among every second round pick ever to play in the NBA.

Rashard Lewis, Boozer, Manu, Arenas, Michael Redd & Memo made more money.

Maybe Monta Ellis

That's about it.

Holy ****, Rashard Lewis is probably in the 1% club of the NBA after that ridiculous contract he got.

But the guy was an all star with the Cavs. I think if he hadn't gotten hurt, the Jazz make the playoffs and the tank is not on so perhaps we all owe him a debt of gratitude.

we sucked before he got injured. He ruined chemistry on the court and he stopped ball movement.

never got anyone else involved.

About Mo.

Defending pnr PPP allowed ball handler Mo = 0.88 (198th), Earl =0.84 (167th), Jennings = 0.81 (138th), Jamaal = 0.8 (129th), Calderon = 0.67 (26th)

Offensive Mo vs Devin Harris: Overall PPP 0.84 vs 0.95; Isolation 1.18 vs. 0.85; PnR 0.7 vs 0.77; Off Screen 0.83 vs 1.23; handoff 0.87 vs 1.13; spot up 0.98 vs 0.9. The isolation # is based on such a low amount of plays that it's probably an aberration.

Jose "No D" Calderone is 71st in the league in overall PPP allowed @ 0.81, Jamaal is 226th @ 0.88, Earl is 256th @ 0.89, Mo is 342nd @ 0.93. He's that bad.

Mo has no job because his play is responsible for Alfense and he has no defense.

If you want a good laugh at Detroit, compare Mo and Jennings more in depth. That's possibly the worst contract in the league.

Pretty sure there's not an NBA player alive who I feel bad for. I'd give my right teste to trade jobs/salaries.

And how much of that does he still have?
Umm...Who cares. If he is too stupid to live the rest of his life on that much money then...God damn I don't even know how to finish that sentence. It seems inconceivable to me yet these guys do it all the time.

Career Salary: $56,909,931

Not including basketball camps, endorsements, NBA players per diem, various freebies & give aways, health insurance, retirement or his college that was paid for.

Does a mouse feel sorrow for an eagle that hasn't eaten for all day?

Completley forgot about playoff bonuses, CBA profit sharing and all the free food, clothes, housing, & transportation he has got since he 18.

Maybe Obama is right. Maybe the income gap is immoral.

He can go to the Sacramento Kings for all I care. He was just an erratic running around jacking up 3s.

The Knicks are considering two guys whose pictures are on the back of milk cartons for reserve point guards and no mention of Mo.

And

Because Lebron was the PG.

And because he was competing with Dev Harris, jameer N, Nate Robinson, Rajon Rondo (before he was considered established/ elite), Jose Calderon, Andre Miller. Amazing how the quality of PGS has improved since then.

I still wouldn't mind him back on the Jazz. I think the Jazz have made an error thus far in not bringing in a true veteran mentor for Burke. Whether that is Mo, Tinsley, Beno, or whomever, I think there is something to having a PG have an established veteran mentor. Lucas III is not that. There are few freshman quarterbacks in the NFL who don't have a 10-year vet behind them.

Mo has been in Memphis for three days. It's between him and Greg Oden.

Grizzlies must have an MLE to spend.
