Following potential 2014 draftees

I'm perfectly content with Favors, Kanter, and Gobert. That's got potential to be championship caliber.
Maybe this year Kanter or Favors show us that they aren't going to get it done. That would make adding
him a lot easier. As it stands right now I'd rather go with the adding A Harrison, and doubling up
there. Burke is a lot more of a question mark than the bigs at this point.

I just think the bigs are set, and the most secure part of this roster.

Harrison is my favorite of the top picks next year not named wiggins, so I'd be cool with that

I reiterate the perfect draft wiggins or Parker, James young (trade burks and the gsw pick to move up) and McDermott

Burke, Neto, Clark
Hayward, young
Parker, rush?
favors, McDermott, Evans
kanter, Gobert

that team has defense, scoring, shooting, a bench 2 way players.

young would be a great bench player being able to play the 2 or the 3. great rebounder for position. if he can play defense and gain wait he would be in the running for 6th man of the year.

McDermott is just a warrior. a great stretch 4 but undersized. he will also come in ready to contribute. great work ethic and bbiq.

Gobert is the eraser and wouldn't need touches to impact the game.

Hayward and Parker playing together would be a nightmare to guard and both will be solid defenders.

favors would be the 5th option in the starting unit so he can focus on anchoring the defense.

kanter can hit the jumper to pull the center out and creating cutting lanes for the wings.

burke is a perfect fit in the PnR offense the jazz would run and could over play defensively with favors in the middle.

I want this to happen so bad

McDermott screams Spurs type player. I agree with everything you said about him. He'd come in ready to play, and his work ethic should rub off.

ok orangello what is the 10%?

Burke is just fine playing pg with that unit.

yes McDermott will be a second round pick. nothing he can do this year that will change a lot of gms minds, unless he gains more athletism some how and hits 60% from 3. would also help him to start rebounding in the double digits.

I'd take Parker over Andrew.

Push comes to shove ya you take randle or parker first for sure..... I guess I just think harrison is the style of player I like better than anyone other than wiggins.

Sure randle and parker will probably be the better players so that ls who you draft but I just like watching the littler quicker guys on the court more (point and 2 guards) than the bigger guys (forwards and centers)

The good thing about the team is we have Hayward who can be effective at either wing position. So if we get Jabari, then Hayward starts at SG. If the Jazz draft a few spots further down, they can take someone like Exum, Young, etc. A lot also depends on Burke. If he shows good progress and Randle is off the board, then Utah probably drafts wing. If the Jazz don't have a top-3 pick and Burke looks pretty shaky, then maybe Harrison or Smart becomes the focus.

I see a player like McDermott being available with the GS pick in the 21-25 range. But maybe it would be worth buying another pick and combining that one with the GS selection to
trade up to get higher rated player in the late teens, perhaps even a backup PF.

McDermott could be a 1st round pick. He was getting some good reviews at the Team USA camp.

Yep, he is just fine with that group.

Dude. We have Neto. He is going to be bad ***

I'll guarantee McDermott is taken in the 1st round.
