Aldridge is just as bad as Jefferson is for the most part. He gets to the FT line, which puts him a notch above Jefferson, but as far as passing, defense, and rebounding go, they are basically equal. You aren't making the playoffs with Aldridge as your best player.

He has a little bit more game.


Per48 minutes:

LA averages 1.9 less rebounds.

LA averages .1 less blocks.

LA averages .2 more assist.

LA averages .9 more ppg (while taking .3 less attempts per game and 2 more FTA per game)

LA averages .4 less steals.

LA averages .5 more TO's per game.

They are both below average defenders. Aldridge is a little better in P'n'R, but he still sucks and isn't as good a post defender.

Statistically they are nearly identical besides the FTA disparity, which is the main reason I say LA is just a little bit better, but not by that much.

Aldridge ain't **** without Roy. He can't lead a team to the playoffs as the best player in his prime, much like Jefferson.
