Apparently yesterday's episode was directed by Cranston. He directed an episode in season 2 and 3, as well. I had no idea.

Minor quibble with tonight's episode. I'll be vague not to give anything away.




Not showing the shootout scene but just our female character's reaction underground is a pretty blatant budget savings move they know they can get away with at this point. AMC...focus on finishing your best series off with justice rather than trying to shove your next series down everyone's throat (sons of something...)

I liked that they showed it from her perspective.

Yeah, it's not like it was that exciting. Some dudes ambushed some other dudes with big guns and shot them. No reason to show it IMO. Also it made for some suspense as to who it was.
