FM: Well I got a deal to go to China, but I also got invited to go workout with Utah on Tuesday (September 3) to see if I get can into training camp and ultimately make the squad.

I guess this isn't really news because a lot of hopefulls will be at training camp, but if I were Lucas I might be a little pissed if he gets signed.

Lucas is owed nothing. He has to prove everything and earn anytime he gets. I am thrilled that even though we have a full roster the FO is still searching and working guys out. They are prospecting.

Murray was way better then Lucas. It actually will hurt our tanking chances if Lucas plays less.

Burke, lucas, with Burks and Clark being capable part time there adds up to 3 IMO.
.
But I really just meant the old vet part, and it was meant as sarcasm. I guess I see Burks as at least capable enough to qualify as the 3rd PG. So is Ian Clark. I don't see the need for a 3rd true PG with 2 combo guards on the roster. But I'm also not opposed to this idea. Might as well have competition in camp.
