If there is a God, JVG or Hollins will be gracing the Utah bench before year's end. And for those squalling "it's only the preseason!!", no. 2003-2004. Jazz supposed to be the worst team ever. They steal 42 wins in the most competitive conference in NBA history. That Sloan didn't win COTY that year is a ****ing travesty.

In 2003-2004, the Jazz were 7-0 in the preseason. Because they had a competent coach and a hungry, motivated roster. Corbin inspires none of these things. He deserves to be (edited). He deserves to be (edited). He is suppressing two future Hall of Famers in lieu of... Andris Biedriens and Richard Jefferson. We didn't trade for those guys for the draft picks or for the cap flexibility at year's end, oh no. We traded for them to play them.

Well where are the box scores for the 2003 preseason games? How many minutes was Sloan giving the starters?
 
Can't find box scores, but ESPN has starting lineups, and Michael Ruffin started instead of Kirilenko at least once. Jarron Collins and Greg Ostertag started the SAME game. So on and so forth.

Nothing I would agree more. Fans focus too much on equations like being a small market team = pretender or not having a superstar to build around = pretender. Having a team full of expensive players = contender.

NBA teams are classy enough to beat the other one. The level is too high to be the true underdogs in a game. Yes even if you are Bobcats or Jazz. If Yılmaz Vural, a soccer coach who can even kick his own players' *** if it is the necessary thing to win the game would manage the Jazz, they would have a great season. I hope the mentality changes around.

Was considering negging that ****, but decided the degree of retardation is too severe thus it would make no impact. Funny how narrow minded people can be. Even ncoloradojazz posts better content.

And now we know what the real problem some Jazz fans have with Corbin is. Dude you should be banned for a while. Preseason means nothing now. Sloan had some vets on that team. Hayward is the only player who got consistent minutes last year. Kanter is not in shape and is coming off a major injury. Burke is a ROOKIE who is playing the hardest position against the best PGs in the game. The GS players have never played with any of these guys. Funny how haters come out when the Jazz lose. Where were you in game 1 of the preseason. Just calm down and grow up.

How retarded will jazzfanz get this year? I've been anticipating this level of retardation for a couple of years, and somehow I think the ****show will be worse than I expected.
