Following potential 2014 draftees

Thanks to PKM and others I finally saw some video highlights on Randle, and after my first thought was holy ****!!! Not what I expected. To me he looked like a cross between a Millsap on roids and a young explosive Amar'e. If he has all the intangibles some are saying, I'd take him over Parker. Very impressive!

He has the intangibles. Only reason I have him slightly behind Parker is I just think Parker is going to be one of those players that has a bag full of tricks, stuffs that stat sheets with pts, rbs, and asts.. and is just a real pain in the *** to guard.

You may be right, but Randle looks like a more sure thing to be an Allstar.

How often do you think he'll play the 3 at UK this year, PKM?

What's his handle & passing like?

I remember when the jazz would employ the big lineup with Al Favors and Millsap playing the sf position. Imagine a big lineup of Favors Kanter and Randle with Hayward at sg. Just sick!

Yeah this is my thinking as well. It's too close to call who will be better between Jabari & Randle at the SF position (which isn't Randle's natural position).

- Jabari seems to bring craftiness, solid 3pt shooting and passing. But question his hungriness at times.

- Randle brings tremendous slashing ability, 1-on-1 moves/isolation, game changing athleticism. He's HUNGRY.

It's a tough call for sure - but hopefully this college season will provide some answers.

With Hayward, Parker, Randle, and Kanter you could have 5 players on the court with range to 3... but not much post defense.

Highlights of Jabari's college debut.

One thing I like about Parker is his ability to shoot. Once a shooter, always a shooter.

Is he athletic enough vs Wiggins/Randle? No. But he has one heck of a shooting touch.
