How is he supposed to help us win when he has no help and no coach and this is the first he's ever been the main option on the team and is still very young. And yet has done more then anyone on the team. Put some more decent vets on the team and he might have a better chance to win. He can't do it by him self. No one can!!! This is my whole point.

I agree. The way he helps a team win is by being a versatile player, and third scoring option on a contending team. He's not in a position to win, he's in a position to put up numbers. He is doing exactly what he should be doing this year. But it's not getting us 'wins' (but its not his fault.)

You still aren't addressing my points. He is good enough to help a team win offensively and defensively, but he has to have some help. The jazz have 3 maybe four players they can rely on that's horrendous.

I see him as a second option, and is far as helping teams win a third option to you that just fine look at John Stockton. He was the third option behind Malone and Horny. Stockton impacted the game on so many levels and so does Hayward. Best shooter passer and playmaker best perimeter defender the list goes on.

I said he is good enough to help a team win. But he can't be a number 1 option.

The question wasn't is he a #1 option. The question was who will help him, then you came on and dismissed him all together. And hate to break it to you, but he has potential to be a #1 option. Not as the #1 scorer but the guy that if he plays well the team will win because he has the ball in hand as the #1 option as a playmaker

Who says you have to be the top scorer to be the top option?
 
We are pretty much saying the same thing. Are you even reading my posts? I think you just want to pick a fight.
