Where I come from 5 > 2, but maybe they teach math different down in the STG. Phoenix might be - at some point - a bigger threat to the tank than the Kings. But I seriously doubt it. They've lost a few close ones, including by only TWO points AT Portland. Bledose has missed a couple of games, otherwise Phoenix probably wins both against Sacramento. Kings have been simply turrible. So it's good to see they still know how to win a game (or two). And I'm not too worried about New York or Brooklyn: too much talent on those teams not to turn it around. Perhaps one of them misses the playoffs, but they sure aren't going to lose 50 games. Just have to hope Milwaukee starts winning.
As for the Jazz, I see Burke helping Utah win swing games, like home contests against Sacramento, Phoenix, etc. And a few on the road against weak EC teams. So yeah, it could be a little bad for the tank...unless other bottom teams start to win a few.
