ps The official Nba standings assumes a win and therefore gives a tie in win pct to the team with fewer losses(along with matchup games that are irrelevant for the draft lotto). Since we are doing standings from the bottom up and these are lotto teams I will assume a loss andgive the tie to the team with more wins. Ie lakers, pelicans, grizzlies are all .500 but the lakers have 9 wins compared to 8.

I don't think they will tank because they made so many win now moves in the off season, but if they are out of the playoffs with a few weeks to go, they will probly start with some Golden State Tankers ******** to try and keep their pick.

That would be tough this year, though. Every team that is in the bottom five will go into full blown tank mode at the end of the season. If you're not already in the bottom five, or within a game or two, it will be very hard to get in.
