Lets be honest, it's because a large percentage of this population loves them some original Nephites.
Awesome how it is ok to post this blatantly racist ******** and it is accepted. If CJ posts anything remotely like this, he is crushed here. Oh wait, it is the normal double standard **** that is around now, cool. To pull a page from CJs book, Im sure if he was tatted up and talked more nonsense trash talk, he'd be your guy, pathetic.

Burke is good at that, making one of Hayward's main skills redundant. You dont get a wing who's "third" in terms of buckets but who's great in transition, good at defense, and excellent at feeding others for less than 10 mil.

This ^ right here. It's obvious that this team does not have a good coach or a #1 scoring option. I like the potential for all of the young guys to fill key roles or develop into stars if they add those two things. Because of this, I'm waiting until next year before I make up my mind of who they should build around or move on from.I think thompson would look pretty meh without curry.
Likewise Hayward is going to look pretty damn good with a new stud to play next to.
He has always been a slow starter, looking at his numbers from the beginning of last season, it looks pretty similar to what he has been doing this year. Obviously any poor performance will get a lot more focus from now on as the training wheels are off.
For 11 or 12 on a four year deal, I think you match. I think he's shown that he's a solid complimentary player and a solid 2nd/3rd option. Burke, Favors, Hayward and a top wing player from the draft sounds like a really good start toward building a legitimate playoff team. If Kanter/Gobert and/or Burks/Neto show anything. . . it's a bonus.
