I feel dead inside, tonight I did something awful, something unforgivable. I am a little embarrassed to say it but I have to confess to get a little peace....

I was listening to the radio cast when Locke announced "Trey Burke is on the floor and he is not getting up!" Burke had sprained his ankle but came back soon. But Fanz forgive me I held me breath as Locke announced it and hoped inside that it would be serious enough for Burke to miss 6 weeks.

Me too....... it would be awesome to have lucas back leading us to the zion of jabari

No worry's! A few "Hail Mary's" and an hour or so on your knees asking forgiveness should just about cover it. Go, and sin no more. Or maybe just go.

Can anyone shed a little light on something that is bothering me. Why did the Jazz send Gobert and Clark to D-league leave them there for about 5 days and then recall them in the middle of a road trip, then give them a seat and tell them to stay right there and don't move? Seems extremely odd to me.

The thing that pisses me off the most was that at one point during the telecast they desired to focus the camera's on cavemans uglyass dome for like 30 seconds in a close up. Those 30 seconds seemed like 30 minutes and I will never get them back. Just horrible.

How the hell does anyone gain joy in beating the Lakers?

I hate them as much as anyone. But beating the Lakers right now? Tank aside, when the hell is it "cool" to beat the Lakers without Gasol, Nash, Blake, and Kobe? I don't know... Even if we weren't trying to tank I don't think I would have found much joy in beating the Lakers Jr. Jazz team last night.

To me, I get joy of playing the best and beating the best. Seeing Kobe and Gasol cry when they lose. But beating guys who I've never even heard of? Beating Jordan Farmar?

Um yay?

Yep. Every win means less of a chance of getting a franchise changer.

Me too. That's why I hated those seasons from 1995-1998. 90% of the time, the Jazz were beating up on crappier teams. I can't enjoy that.

Didn't we beat a healthy Houston team? Pretty sure that is more impressive than beating a crappy Lakers team made even crappier due to injuries. The lakers without their arrogant super star kinda ruins the whole thing for me.

Ok, but it has been the most entertaining game to watch this season.

You forgot about the arrogant douchebags who came to the ESA to cheer on the Lakers. You know, all those dudes who've never lived in LA, but aren't bandwagonners and all somehow claim to have become fans during that one losing season the Lakers had in the past 30 years? That's what makes beating Lakers sweet regardless of who's playing for them. Because no matter what, the same douchebags are cheering for them.

I agree. All those Latinos who invade the the ESA cheering on a team they know nothing about is annoying.

For those asking why did Corbin (really Corbin did this *sigh*) recall Gobert and Clark if they weren't going to play. Well this was addressed in the thread dedicated to them but to answer it is because the DLeague team doesn't play a game until next year so they wanted them here practicing and around the team and what not.
