Sounds like we have the same new year's resolution. My dopamine levels have gotten so low and my receptors so trashed that I had to make a change. It's amazing how quickly focusing on dopamine through diet and exercise can turn things around. As a side bonus for the staring ladies, I bet I'll shed 5-8% of my weight in the first month alone, too.
I'm also ready for the next wave of mass posters to take root.
Are you primarily focusing on L-tyrosine in your diet changes? What are you doing specifically, diet-wise?
