Agreed. And he is shouldering the load, and playing through a bad shooting spell, all of which bodes well. Hayward is getting better at that too.

I firmly disagreed with the "close to a great game" comment. That is the point you jumped on whole-heartedly with a full-blown "dumbass" added in, even though you said it.

I think on most nights if alec makes the moves he made tonight along with the shot selection he had tonight he ends up 9 for 13 with 27 points or something along those lines.
He just wasnt getting the roll/bouce off the rim tonight
 
6/14 by Burks isn't that bad, that's almost 50% He's been really impressive this month. If Burks started with Hayward and Burke there would be something special.

Did you see that Faker fan tryina get in on the camera time? Jazz nation needs to represent and smack da **** outta these trolls. I got into some legendary altercations with faker fans when I lived in SLC. One of them involved telling a sucker, "I'm climbing the trees, I'm picking coconuts."

I think Hayward has solidly turned the corner and is headed for home. It will be interesting to see how many more games like this he can put together by the end of the year.
