- Jeremy Evans (22) has the second highest PER on the team...right in between Millsap (22.9) and DWill (21.1). This just confirms what always seems to happen when Evans is in the game...he generally does something good. Grab a board, finish an alley oop, make a nice pass, etc. I've never seen anyone get so many dunks in so few minutes.
- Hayward (3.8) and Fes (4.4) have absolutely abysmal PER's. Just turrible. Now, I'm no firm believer in PER being an absolute when it comes to player performance, but those numbers are alarming. For comparison, Elson and Price have PER's of 11.5 and 10.1, respectively.
- CJ Miles is outperforming Raja in every statistical category except overall FG% (.408 compared to .405) and FT% (.92 compared to .84). Obviously Raja is a better on the ball defender even with his age getting up there, but should he really be playing 29 minutes a night to CJ's 23?
- Evans, Millsap, and Elson are the only players on the team with adjusted FG%'s of 50% or higher. Millsap and AK are shooting better from 3-point range than they are from inside the line. In fact, AK is barely over the "Mendoza Line" from 2-point range at .404.
-Al Jefferson (1.38) is leading the team in BPG. AK is averaging 1.04. When was the last time AK didn't lead our team in BPG? Since we drafted him, I think...
Gotta go eat, so this will be cut short a bit. Might add more later. Thoughts? Any other notable observations?
