I think he averaged only 9.8points per game before last night, goes off for 51 in a losing effort.

Goes to show us all that Carmelo Anthony might be the biggest fluke ever.
 
I like how so many people think Ross isnt very good.

This is only his 2nd year. Thats right, 2nd year.

How many players do you know that can hit 10 3's and go off for 51in their 2nd year?

Only reason why his averages arent great yet is because he shares a lot of shots with a bunch of chuckers. They moved Rudy Gay for him.

Oh and he could have put up more if they weren't trying to force the ball out of his hands for the entire 4th quarter.

Not saying he is Allstar yet. Just saying he has the potential. He has elite athleticism to go along with a sweet stroke.

To be honest, I've seen Ross maybe 2-3 times, so I can't pretend I'm able to speak of his potential. I'm just pointing out that scoring 50+ at a young age and with little NBA experience is no sure determinant of future greatness.
 
Haven't seen much of Ross in the NBA, but I didn't like him that much at the time of the draft.
 
This is the guy that was picked with the pick the Jazz lost when GS tanked. If Toronto would have won the coin flip.
 
Dude scores 51 points and his average for the last 5 games is still only 15 ppg.

Ahahahahaha. Anyways, dude has some skills, but I just don't like his game. He could be a similar player to Jordan Crawford or JR Smith.
 
He's really benefitting from being on a great offensive team as well. Harden is pretty damn good and Parsons usually makes the right play.

Popavich likes to use the 3 to win. Its pretty damn effective too.

You saying Popavich and Spurs would lose a lot in the 80's & 90's too?

You have been ragging on the 3 as if its not a progression on the game.
