What the hell is CJ's "on court persona"? And why does that matter? I'm pretty happy with CJ this season. I like his development. He can obviously still improve. But on his good nights, which he needs more of, he's insanely productive. And on his off nights, which are well well chronicled in this thread, he's still fairly productive. But I can't imagine hating a player because of his personality unless it cost us wins. You just hate the guy. I'm down with that, but you should at least admit your hatred of him is totally irrational.

But just give him another week. He is Ray Allen'esque in his ability to snap out of shooting slumps. His impressive 39% FG for the season says it all. With shooting like that the Lakers must be really afraid of us in the playoffs.

Yet the Jazz still outscore their opponents when he is on the floor. Go figure. I've never said he is the end all be all of our team. But he is a good role player who is playing well this year.

I also like Bell on our team. I like all the players on our team with the possible exception of Price. Price has been a pleasant surprise this year though.

But you haters hate on. Like rainhut says maybe we should just cut him.

I really we should keep Miles and trade Bell for a center. CJ Miles is our Ray Allen

I've finally figured it out Bonkers. You actually hate Clank the Clown. That's why in every comment you accuse people of hating him. Common psychology. You accuse others of what you feel. What did the clown ever do to you besides make you look like an idiot for trying to defend him? Quit hating the clown. He's funny. Just because he's no good at basketball doesn't mean you should hate him for making you look bad. Get over it. The Clown took 15 shots tonight but actually made 5. Not bad for Clank the Clown.

we might as well sticky this thread. There are enough idiots on this board that it'll stay near the top anyway.

on a TOTALLY different note: I think the Jazz should go find a wing or draft a second rounder, pay him about $3Million/season, and then expect him prop up the scoring load for the second unit. Any ideas?

Well hello, Mr. Freud. Will you kindly entertain us with more of your caveman ideas please? Ooh pretty, pretty please. BTW, do you know if travel by steam powered ironclad is preferential to nuclear powered naval ships? Is rubbing two sticks together the most efficient fire starting strategy, or just subconscious gay tendencies coming through? When are the witches and ghouls coming back from the forest? Should I bleed myself with leaches or just make a few slices to get rid of pneumonia? How many dragons inhabit a medium-sized cavern? Can you deduce the sex of my child to be with a wedding ring hung over her palm? Does garlic really ward off vampires? Is the earth flat?

I think CJ has been somewhat of a non-factor this season. To his credit he has been hustling and showing more confidence, but his ability just isn't there. As often as he has the opponents running for their lives, he is just as easy for them to ignore. He is an enigma so far. I hope he finds consistency. So far I am missing Matthews and Korver though. :/
