Should a business be allowed to discrimate on the basis of a customer's sexual orientation?

I've refused to do business with a few customers in the past when they come in our shop and are either rude or disrespectful. They can go and buy plants somewhere else.


But as long as they're not hurting anyone, I don't think they should be discriminated based on sex, race or religious beliefs.

In any society that does not make sure power is distributed by law, power tends to concentrate; the few who have power get more power. I'm not aware of any historical exceptions.

People naturally differentiate based on surface conditions. If the power balances and media appearances were equal, we would become slightly more segregated. As it stands, the increase in segregation would tend to concentrate power in those who already have it. We've already seen studies where (under the current laws) unofficial, unintentional, differential treatment in job applications results in white people being employed much more often than black people, even when controlling for things like hygiene and clothing. Why would you think that would go away?

AGAIN denying a person is discrimination, DENYING a service is NOT.
denying a gay homosexual *** a donut from your bakery is discrimantion
not making gay homosexual wedding cakes is NOT discrimination

if i make custom belts and i deny a black person a gay person thats wrong.
if i make custom belts and some Klu klux klan dude comes in and want me to make a belt with a swastika i deny THAT service. its not discrimination!
 
What about if a Klansman comes in and wants a belt to wear at his wedding? Can you refuse to make it for him? Not talking about what's on it, just, you know he's getting a belt to wear at his wedding.

Why aren't these people who are sooooooooooooooo concerned about biblical marriage refusing to make cake for divorcees who are getting remarried?

i am no biblical scholar but i do know the old testament. and divorce and remaraiged is allowed. so dont see a problem

but this is not right!
why the **** do they need bakery a to give them a wedding cake while there are millions of others who would do it.
this is about forcing their lifestyle choice down people throats. it is no worse then ISIS!
