Jacque Vaughn has a contract, Ty Corbin doesn't. Hard to blame Corbin for trying hard.
And yet they're both winning about the same amount. LOL.
Wow Corbin really sucks
We always get overly excited after a series of road losses. I hate to be Debbie Downer, but Utah has some EASY games left, too. And the Jazz, despite their bad losses on the road, have also won against some very good teams at the ESA. Jazz should be favorites to win AT HOME against Orlando, Detroit, LAL and probably New York and New Orleans. Also wouldn't count out a win coming against Portland or Memphis or even Dallas at home. Less likely, but not implausible is stealing a game on the road at New Orleans, Denver or Minnesota.Looking at the schedule, it looks very likely that we will finish either 4th or 5th. Boston are playing well and have 2 games left against Philly. Sacramento are two games ahead and are playing Milwaukee and the Lakers. Detroit are playing both Philly and Milwaukee and are not losing out. I can`t see us winning less than two games, and we will also likely beat the Lakers and probably one more home game. It basically comes down to the Lakers game; lose that and we finish 4th. Win it and we`re fifth, or maybe even 6th if one of the other teams really hits rock bottom.

In short, yes...I'm thrilled with the Boston victory over Miami and the Sacramento victory over Washington. But don't count those superstars before they're hatched.
This will go down to the wire I think. I think it unlikely that the Cavs or Knicks leapfrog Utah. LA and Boston are realistic threats and the Kings have an outside shot. We could still end up anywhere from 4 to 7.
I said it before and I will again. The Jazz end up 5th and jump to the 2nd pick.
LOL.. where have you been?

Busy doing real things. How are you?
If that does happen and we jump from 5th to 2nd but we choose ANYONE other than Wiggins or Parker, then I would be angry. Imagine taking Randle, Vonleh, or Smart at #2. ARRRRGGGG!!!! The newest www.nbadraft.net update has us at #4 taking Smart and leaving Exum for the Lakers to pick #5. That would be a disappointment too, but not as extreme.

I'd place Boston above us and LA about equal.
Like the optimism..... i think denver is much better than us though so i dont think its a push with them. Healthy denver is pretty damn good.Jazz have 22 wins and 46 loses. they've proven that they can lose more than the can win. New York is player better and want to make the playoffs. They are not out of contention. Minnesota has owned the Jazz this year. LAL is a push. They will probably spilt with New Orleans. Denver is a push either way. I expect them to beat Orlando and Detroit.
This how I see the Jazz's final 13 games going down:
Orlando W
Detroit W
Memphis L
@New Orleans L
@OKC L
NY Knicks L
New Orleans W
@Golden State L
Dallas L
Portland L
@Denver L
Lakers W
@Minny L
4-9 with a 26-56 final record, I don't think that gets us in the bottom 4, which is why losses to Orlando and LA would be monumental down the stretch. Saturday will make or break our tanking efforts...
Hollingers playoff odds have us and the lakers finishing at 26-56 and tied for the fourth spot.
Lakers always getting in the way, but I'll take it!
