Don't have to worry. Jazz will NOT darft Embiid, no matter where they land. The back troubles are a HUGE red flag. It is definitely an extremely high risk/high reward pick. In a draft this deep, whichever GM misses on a top-10 pick could find himself out of a job. And of all the players, I think Embiid has the biggest chance of being a miss. 1) He's still raw; 2) Will he stay healthy?
Jazz already have Favors and Kanter inside, with a promising defensive prospect in Gobert. If they draft a big, I think it more likely they go with a PF like Vonleh or Randle. If Wiggins and Parker went off the board first and the Jazz had the #3, I think they'd either trade down 1-2 spots or just take Exum.
Jumping to conclusions that NBA doctors will decide that Embiid's back is that serious.
